Point Sebago guests can choose from new year-round Vacation Homes, Resort Cottages, Park Homes or RV sites with three-way hook-ups.
Vacation Homes (starting at $1,496/week)
These new 2 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished homes feature a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen including microwave. Located directly on the Golf Course or in the Golf Course area of the Resort these homes all have AC, cable TV, decks, bath towels, sheets, pillows. & blankets.
Resort Cottages (starting at $1,115/week)
Resort Cottages have 1 - 2 separate bedrooms, living area, dining area, bath and equipped kitchen. Resort Cottages have an enclosed sunroom and/or deck for your enjoyment. Cable TV, bath towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided in these units. Most of these units have AC and some have 1.5 baths. Resort Cottages are available near the beach and in the Golf Course area with many directly on the Golf Course.
Park Homes (starting at $1,045/week)
Park Homes sleep up to six people, and have 1 - 2 cozy bedrooms, a kitchen area with microwave, a full bathroom, and a living room with TV, Air Conditioning, a deck on which you and your family can sit back and relax, and enjoy the fresh Maine air. They have an outdoor campfire ring and picnic table outside your home - perfect evening gatherings. Park Homes do include basic kitchen utensils. Sheets, towels and blankets may be purchased for your stay at a new reduced rate ($36 for a family of 4). These units provide the experience of camping but with the comforts of home.
Equipped Park Homes (starting at $1,150/week)
These 2-bedroom Park Homes are the SAME as the above Park Homes PLUS in the these Park Homes a linen package with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, are provided.
RV and Tent Sites (starting at $336/week)
Point Sebago has over 100 RV and camp sites to choose from. All sites have water and electricity (50 AMP service). Many have septic hookups and cable. Pump-out service is available. Small pets are allowed in specially designated site areas.
